0.6.1's first release candidate: certificates for other hosts (jarl cert
get, cert schedule, the certificates grant), certificate export, the
missing PTR list, links to a zone in other views, one-view tokens with
linked zones, PTR records and overrides in linked zones per view, the
registrar and DS guidance for subdomain and reverse zones, the stats
heatmap and cname_chain fixes. Upgrading a 0.6.0 database was tested.
